Answer: Both are correct as the gloves are made of different materials. Some of the materials are waterproof, but the others are probably just resistant. They have kept my hands dry in rain and snow. -

If I normally wear a size large, should I get xl instead ?
Answer: No. The gloves fit perfectly at their true size, even if you normally wear an xl.
