The product comes with all hardware necessary for installation and screws into the pool deck. It is suitable for use in both in-ground and above ground pools. However, many users have expressed dissatisfaction with the product, with many saying that the alarm worked unpredictably and would go off without cause. Some customers have also mentioned that the unit is difficult to turn off, with buttons unresponsive. Some users have noted that the alarm system is not sensitive enough to detect small animals such as cats or a thermal blanket. In addition, some customers never received warranty service despite returning the product.
