The Master Link connectors are a practical item for splicing two chains or as a D ring mount according to reviewers. However, they do not come with 50 pieces to make 25 links, which was disappointing to some customers. The links are easy to assemble, but some reviewers found it difficult to lock them together and required pliers. They seem to work as expected once properly connected and can be pried apart with a box cutter if necessary. While some reviewers received "S" hooks instead of the 2-inch master links they were expecting, the majority found it to be a great product for the price. It is ideal for linking plastic barrier chains, but it is not as sturdy as linked chain.
