The VidaBox iPod mount is a great way to display and secure an iPod on a wall. It can be drilled into the wall and secured using star-headed screws with a snap-on cap that is included in the package. The mount is specific for the iPod 5th / 6th Gen only, and it is not compatible with any iPhones, including the iPhone 4 with a lightning charger. Nevertheless, the VidaBox team is currently developing a new mount that will be compatible with most older and smaller iPhones. The mount has no headphone jack slot, but it can be easily machined using chisels or other wood carving tools as it is made of very machinable HDPE resin.
