The Kiwitata SNES Controllers are a great option for players looking for an affordable way to play their emulated games. These controllers work with Raspberry Pi systems, Retro Pi OS, and Recalbox. However, they are not compatible with Nintendo Switch or Atari 2600 emulators. The controllers feel similar to an official SNES controller but are less solid in comparison. While the button actions are a bit all over, they respond well and have a good build quality. Unfortunately, there have been instances where the product arrives with defects. Kiwitata customer support is highly responsive and will replace defective products. The cord length provides enough distance for comfortable play, but it may feel a bit short for some users. The buttons do feel cheap, but they work fine. The greatest downside of these controllers is that they do not have the ability to map D-pad combinations for most games, making them almost useless in certain situations.
