Answer: These are inverted flare fitting with 7/16-24 thread specifically for the Ford and Ferguson tractors. -

Does this valve have reserve setting?
Answer: Yes. If it is turned open only I turn O2 it draws gas from the top of the vertical pipe. You could run out of gas with some left in the tank. If you continue to open the valve all the way it draws gas from lower down at the bottom of that vertical pipe giving you access to some more of the gas in the tank. It is a tech trick to get just enough pressure on the seal around the valve stem. Too much pressure and it’s very hard to turn or too little pressure and it will leak around the stem. There is a happy medium but you have to work to find it. -

Answer: I don't think that you can buy the shutoff valve itself. -

Answer: It doesn’t have the reserve function, just a needle valve for fuel shut off.
