Will this stop hyper flash since I put LED tail light bulbs in 2001 VW Beetle?
Answer: For an LED-compatible version use EF35L. Hopes it works for you. -

Will this product return the blinks to normal speed or to the "hyperflashing"? I prefer the "hyperflashing"

If I replace my old incandescent turn signal light bulbs with LEDs with this stop the hyperflashing?
Answer: I am using old 1157 bulbs without any problems while using this flasher. Maybe check your ground connections.
