Is it powdery or more granular like sugar?
Answer: It is granular like a finer regular sugar. Sukrin does offer a powdered sweetener, called Sukrin Melis. -

Answer: Just like real sugar -

Answer: It contains 2% Stevia......it is made mostly of Erythritol. The ingredients are listed on the back of the package. -

Answer: 8.8 oz (250g) per bag, for a total of 26.4 oz in the package -
Question:
Does this product have that odd cooling affect when baking?
Answer: For me personally, I would say yes. But not everyone has that reaction.
