St. Vincent (Artist) Format: Audio CD Alternative Rock Editorial Review
Daddy's Home, the latest album by St. Vincent, is a must-have for fans of the artist's unique sound. The album is a departure from St. Vincent's previous work, with a heavy 70s influence that is evident in every track. From start to finish, Daddy's Home is a spectacular musical journey that will have you tapping your feet and singing along. The packaging of the album is noteworthy, with a big gatefold cover and a not-so-well-printed poster included. The black vinyl pressing is very decent with very few pops or clicks on both sides. The mix can sometimes sound a bit muddy, but it's part of the album's charm, especially on vinyl. Overall, Daddy's Home is a great addition to any music collection, whether you're a seasoned St. Vincent fan or new to her sound.
