The Fender Fullerton Ukulele Series has three beautiful concert ukuleles with a pleasing aesthetic and ergonomic body shape. While it is not twangy, it may not be the best option to achieve a mellow post-rock electric sound. The intonation on the 12th fret is perfect, and the two CR2032 batteries provide great power supply. The major Cons are that the tuning pegs are silver-plastic and the uke doesn't come with a strap peg. However, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, as the uke has a beautiful blue finish, great sound with or without an amp, a thick neck/joint, and a preamp with a tuner. The setup is perfect, the action is excellent, and the electronics are good. The Fender Fullerton is a good, solid choice for beginners and intermediate players.
