Aquarian Tom-Tom Drumheads SX12 Editorial Review
The Aquarian Drumheads Drumhead Pack SX12 has garnered a collection of positive reviews from musicians who appreciate its sound quality and versatility. Many users highlight how these drumheads significantly enhance the overall tone of their kits, particularly favoring genres like classic rock. Drummers note that the sound produced is full and vibrant, allowing the instrumentation to cut through the mix, which is particularly beneficial during performances. Skeptics of one-ply heads express concern regarding durability, especially for heavy hitters, as there's an expectation of dents over time. However, the majority of players seem to find these heads adequately balanced between controlled sound and resonance. Comparisons with other brands like Evans suggest that many drummers prefer the Aquarian heads for their sustain and attack, indicating a strong Consensus that they provide a worthy upgrade. Overall, the Aquarian Drumheads SX12 appears to be a favorite among drummers seeking quality sound and effective performance capability, and many plan to stick with this brand for future needs. **
