The customer experiences and reception of this product reveal a spectrum of opinions, highlighting both hopes for functionality and frustrations regarding setup and compatibility. Some users express dissatisfaction due to initial failures in performance, with one individual stating they would return the product if subsequent attempts did not yield better results. This suggests a degree of uncertainty surrounding the product's reliability right from the outset. Conversely, another customer had a positive experience, noting that the display worked well on their husband’s e-bike. However, a recurring theme in the feedback is the lack of clear instructions for installation and setup, which has led to confusion for several users. One review pointed out the absence of setup information, leading to the deduction of a star from an otherwise commendable rating. Additionally, issues regarding compatibility are evident, as one reviewer mentioned a discrepancy between the product label and the advertised specifications, leading to further disappointment and feelings of deception. Lastly, there is a generalized discontent regarding the product's quality, with one user criticizing its origin and labeling it as "cheap Chinese junk." This sentiment underscores a broader skepticism about the quality assurance of items produced overseas. In summary, while the product has potential and has satisfied some customers, the lack of clear instructions, concerns about compatibility, and doubts regarding quality have dampened the overall reception. **
