Answer: The manufacturer provides a 1-year limited warranty. -

Is the totaling accurate? In the advertising photo it shows the first amount as 5 hours, the second as 4 hours, but the total is 10... :/
Answer: The totaling has been accurate as long as the staff remember to clock in and out. I have not had any problems with totaling other than human error. -

Can this be wall mounted? Does it come with mounting hardware?
Answer: Yes the Pyramid 4000 can be wall mounted and it ships with the mounting hardware. -
Question:
Does it calculate the total time worked?
Answer: This time clock totals worked time between employee in and out punches, and accumulates total time worked for each pay period. -
Question:
Can I program it for punch in and out with out lunch breaks ?
Answer: This time clock automatically totals time worked between in and out punches. There is no need to program the clock to perform this function. Employees punch in when they arrive, then punch out when they leave. -
Question:
Does this need to be in a heated environment? I am in an outside building and looking for a good time clock.
Answer: Not sure about that, sorry. But if it helps, ours is inside where it can get down to about 52* and as hot as 115* at times and still works. -
Question:
How do you set the time clock to round in tenths of an hour instead of in minutes?
Answer: In order to change the setting, follow the instructions in the PDF user manual provided by Pyramid. The manual also includes their customer service number if you need further assistance. -
Question:
We pay part-time employees monthly. They usually come in 3-4 times a week, Can each employee use 1 timecard for the month?
Answer: As long as you set your pay period for MONTHLY using the SET UP PAY feature when programming the time clock, each employee can use 1 timecard for the month.
