Answer: No. I use them as tactile markers on flat keypad surfaces such as a microwave.. Etc. -

Can these be used to mark a microwave? And will they hold if the microwave is wiped gently down?
Answer: I use these dots to mark the period on my keyboard. That way I don't have to put on my glasses to see between period and comma. So they get plenty of use. I don't see why they wouldn't work for your microwave. Clean with alcohol first and they should be fine. I have never had to replace mine.
