Surge Turf Herbicide is a commercial concentrate that effectively controls broadleaf weeds without damaging grass. It is safe on most turf types but doing a test area before a full treatment is advisable. The product works very efficiently for a wide range of broadleaf weed control. However, it is not safe on Fescue grass. It contains Sulfentrazone, which effectively kills the weeds, showing results within hours. Surge is perfect for eradicating creeping charlie and clover weed from a lawn. It is not safe to use it in a horse pasture. Surge Turf Herbicide is ideal for killing thistle, dandelions, wild carrots, bind weed, mallow better than Ortho Weed B Gon, and other weeds except Canadian thistle. One gallon of Surge can effectively cover about two acres at recommended usage rates, killing unwanted growth within ten days. For best results, apply while morning dew is still on the weed foliage.
