Answer: You should wait until the deck is fully dry before you paint. I cleaned the deck one weekend and painted it the next weekend....but you can do it a lot sooner if you have the time. -

Is it safe/OK to put this product in my power wash and spry? I have the AR Blue Clean AR383 1,900 PSI 1.5 GPM 14 Amp Electric Pressure Washer. Thanks.
Answer: You don't need to. Just spray it on, let it react and then hose it off. If you are going to pressure wash, you don't need any chemicals to clean your deck. Just use the 15 or 25 degree tip on your sprauer. -

Coverage? How much deck did you clean in sq ft. A have a new 20x12 plus steps, how many will give me enough to do it all? Top and underside
Answer: I have about 1,100 sq. Ft of decking and I bought the 6 bag case. I used 4.5 bags in all and it worked great! I am guessing that 2 bags would be more than enough for your area. -

We dont have a sprayer. Is this like a paste/foam when mixed up that I could maybe pour out over my patio or is it only liquid?
Answer: I used it like a detergent - mixed the powder with water and then used it with a deck brush to scrub and clean my deck. -

New pressure treated deck with anderson clear sealant. Used deck brite to remove manufacturing marks on wood. Left bleach ring. Help?
Answer: Sorry about your deck. Unable to answer how it can be rectified. I believe that Nato's answer is correct, the wood should have been cleaned prior to sealing. -
Question:
I have a old ceder deck never stained some areas have a black mold stain will this remove it ?
Answer: I did not have black mold stain on my deck, but I did have heavy ground in dirt on a light grey deck. I was very pleased with this product - cleaned much better than products I have purchased previously that said specifically made for deck cleaning. I followed the directions on the bag exactly and used a stiff long handled brush. I did not use a power washer. It took two applications on the area that was very blackened with dirt. I plan on using this product again.
