Does this include the power adaptor?
Answer: No, you'll need a 20 watt USB C power adaptor to go with it. -

Does this charge faster than a regular wall charger?
Answer: Due to limitations of current technology, wireless charging is NEVER faster than wired charging (provided the wall adapter is the same), it doesn’t matter if it’s MagSafe or a standard Qi charger, if you need a fast charge use the cable. -

Can you charge with just the phone or do you need the MagSafe case?
Answer: Yes, you can charge with just the phone. You can also charge through a non-MagSafe case. -

Is iPhone 13 compatible?
Answer: If they send you one that works. There seems to be a lot of people including myself who got a fake that doesn’t work -

Answer: For charging what? On the Apple site, it recommended a device reset by turning off and on - where you get the logo coming onto the screen -

I have an iPhone 11 - will this charge through a phone case? How do you know if your case is MagSafe compatible?
Answer: Only the iPhone 12 and 13 are compatible, so this will not charge an 11. Compatibility is throughout the whole 12 and 13 range (Pro, Pro Max, Mini, and Standard). -

Why is this cheaper than on the Apple store and why is it out of stock here but in stock on Apple store at £40?
Answer: Coz Apple sees to their own stock first. Why would you argue that you aren’t paying the premium price… -

Can it charge through a leather case?
Answer: If your phone is one of the later iPhones and has built-in MagSafe charging ability, then yes, otherwise you would need a case with built-in MagSafe. -

Can I just plug the cable into my USB account all port or do I need the 20w plug? Not fussed about fast charge as will be used overnight
Answer: I bought the Apple USB-C charging Adapter for £18 on top of the charger price. You can plug directly into the laptop with USB-C port which works fine (not sure if both give fast charge). Personally, I've never used a C to standard USB adapter. Cable short and phone and charger get warm but very neat, looks cool with the Apple plug and big upside is you don't wear out the charging port on the phone.
